T&T Defence Force II used a first-half goal spree to come-from-behind and whip rivals T&T Police FC 5-3 in an entertaining T&T Premier Football League Tier II ‘Big Six’ final at the Phase II Recreation Ground, La Horquetta, on Sunday night.
Barbados Women were crowned champions of the 2025 West Indies Rising Stars Women’s Under-19 Championship following an impressive showing throughout the tournament, which concluded with an awards ceremony recognising top performers and longstanding contributors to the women’s game.

Kyra Williams claimed T&T’s second medal of the Junior Pan American Track Cycling Championships in Lima, Peru, on Sunday night.
A four-member team of Javan Ramroop, Judah Neverson, Kyrah Williams and Jelani Nedd will represent the red, white and black of T&T at the coming Junior Pan American Games in Peru in July.
T&T's Jahreef Miguel and Jerome Morrison secured the bronze medal when the inaugural CAZOVA Under-21 Beach Volleyball Championship Boys Division ended at Seven Miles Beach, Cayman Island on Thursday (June 19).
