First real attempt at capturing the Milky Way

I usually would’ve grabbed my Nikon D750 for something like this, but this time I wanted to see what the FX30 could really do outside of video.

Conditions weren’t ideal, clouds moving, light pollution on one side but honestly, the FX30 held its own.

9mm | f/2.8 | 20s | ISO 2500
5 stacked images + 1 foreground

Definitely learned a lot from this one… next shoot will be cleaner.
