Still trying to process what just happened last week…
I had the honor of meeting the legendary TCM/Integrative Medicine doctor, .kao_jacky last week.
I walked in the meeting with a giant stye on my right eye, barely able to open it.
Walked out with it 70% gone—eye wide open, vision clear, and spirit even clearer.
All Dr. Kao did was tune my energy field and chant a mantra (ok, it was actually more complicated than that on the energy and spiritual level and difficult to explain).
No physical medicine of any kind, no acupuncture.
But in that moment, I felt this huge current surge through me—from the crown of my head all the way down to my feet.
Like someone turned the volume up on my entire being.
My sensitivity skyrocketed. My ability to channel and feel energy has expanded in ways I can’t quite explain—except to say, I now know healing can go way beyond what we think is possible.
(I simplified the whole experience because if I shared the whole thing, it might take a few more posts than this 😜）
Now I’ve joined Dr. Kao’s Qigong group to keep learning—about energy, mantras, and most importantly, spiritual cultivation (aka doing good, at least being a good person on the very basic level)
Per his suggestion, I’ve also been diving back into my TCM studies with new eyes.
Rereading his books, reconnecting the dots between the subtle body, energy fields, and the human anatomy.
So grateful to have mentors like this show up on my path at exactly the right moment. The journey to becoming a true healer continues. 🌀✨
上週的經歷到現在還有點難以置信……
上週很有幸見到崇拜以久、一直默默在follow的神醫高醫師 .kao_jacky
我本來是頂著一顆超級大的針眼跟高醫師見面，右眼腫得幾乎張不開。
結果短短一場調能量＋口訣誦念之後，眼睛立刻好轉了七成，完全睜開，連整個人的能量都被打開了。
(整個過程我的體驗太神奇，難以在這裡用短短的文字敘述關於能量、修行、靈性這些，所以就非常簡略的敘述😜)
當下我清楚感覺到一股強大而溫暖的力量，從頭頂貫穿到腳底。
那種能量流動不是想像，而是真實得讓我全身都震動起來。
我的感知力瞬間放大十倍，也更能連結、感應和運用氣的力量。
從此之後，我對「療癒」這件事，有了全新的理解。
現在我加入了高醫師的氣功修行團練班，學習能量的運作、口訣的力量，以及更深層的——修行。
同時也開始用新的眼光重新看待中醫。
開始重讀高醫師的著作，重新整合人體解剖、能量場與經絡系統，希望走上一條更全面的療癒之路。
感恩每一位在我生命中出現的貴人，
