謝謝朋友安排，很幸福的品嚐到台南最難訂的私廚料理。每一道菜都像藝術品般精緻，主廚從外交官華麗轉身成為私廚，不只是料理人，更像一位說故事的藝術家。他以中、英、義大利文穿插解說每道料理的創作靈感與工法，每一口都吃得出他的熱情與堅持。這不只是一頓晚餐，而是一場橫跨語言與文化的食藝饗宴。

雷神之水 - Thundering Water
尼加拉瀑布在北美原住民的語言中代表的意義即是‘’雷神之水’’! 而尼加拉河水與瀑布這塊區域也被當地印地安人視為是ㄧ聖潔之地。 我兩度造訪尼加拉瀑布，一次是十年前在美國那一頭，一次即是近期在加拿大多倫多這一邊。尼加拉瀑布能被譽為聖潔之地確實不負此稱號。 如千軍萬馬響雷的湍急河水，卻異常寧靜，而在零度低溫的情形下，很奇異的不感受到冷，卻有極為舒服的清涼能量滾滾湧動。 每個人一生中都該來一趟尼加拉瀑布吧，感受大自然生命能量和你的內在靈性對話。

In the language of North America’s Indigenous peoples, Niagara means “Thundering Water.” For centuries, the Niagara River and its magnificent falls have been regarded as sacred by the local Native Americans.

I have visited Niagara Falls twice—once a decade ago from the U.S. side and more recently from Toronto, Canada. Each time, I was struck by the profound power and serenity of this natural wonder.

The roaring cascade of water, reminiscent of thousands of galloping horses, thunders with incredible force—yet there is an uncanny stillness in the air. Even in freezing temperatures, I was surprised to feel not the harsh sting of cold but rather a refreshing, invigorating energy that flowed all around me.

Niagara Falls is more than just a breathtaking sight; it is a place where nature’s raw power meets spiritual tranquility. Everyone should experience it at least once in their lifetime—to witness its grandeur, to feel its energy, and to engage in a silent dialogue between nature and the soul.
