Shallow Sea is an ultra smooth tile lying game for Korean publisher .

☄️Bad Comet does another stellar production here, but it’s the development of the gameplay that leaves you wanting to explore the depths of the Great Barrier Reef again and again.

🐠Draft tiles, place tiles, move fish around. It may not sound that in depth, but when that one gamer at the table is flipping all their tiles over on a single turn in an endorphin-filled frenzy, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

🌋Because although the vibes are chill, the gameplay smoothly escalates into a climatic combotastic finale.

Reading this email had me grinning ear to ear all day. Games can help forge lasting bonds with people. I have fond memories of playing mahjong with my father who’s moved on to that game table in the sky. The idea that my content helped another father and son connect is something I’ll cherish forever.

Overpacked is good times! I was floored to discover that each car tile came with Spot UV coating, giving the game a nice shimmer and shine.

Fast, approachable, smooth, thinky, and fun 👍👍

Turn the wheel and draft cards. Add the card to your hand. Choose one card and add those cars to your lots. Fast, approachable & smooth. The thinky and fun come from balancing three things at once: minimize over parking, maximize color bonuses, and efficiently gain objective points.

I did find the game a tad too forgiving and would prefer the game to be meaner, but that could be done by removing certain cards from the deck.

Overall, I’m REALLY impressed with the production of Overparked. Great art, components, and smooth as silk gameplay.
