After nearly four months of almost daily production, I’m finally reaching the end of the biggest music project I’ve ever completed so far.

With more than 200 instruments, ambient sounds, and sound effects packed into an 8-minute 45 track, this project has required a huge amount of time, energy, and learning. Only one final step remains: mastering.

The video should be coming to the channel very soon. 🎶

In the meantime, I’ll leave you with the background image that will be used for the video. It should already give you a few hints about the universe and theme of the track… 👀

Today, I’m excited to share the very first Drum and Bass track on this channel… and also my very first musical collaboration!

It’s been ten years since I last composed a Drum and Bass track. Recently, I’ve been diving back into the genre — with its energetic, euphoric, and sometimes melancholic vibes — and I felt the urge to create something that captures all those emotions. I sincerely hope this remix will take you on a journey.

Today’s track is a remix of “Schala’s Theme” (サラのテーマ) from the legendary RPG Chrono Trigger (クロノ・トリガー). I discovered this piece before even playing the game — and it absolutely blew me away. The entire OST is incredible, but “Schala’s Theme” mesmerized me from the very first listen: mystical, poetic, emotional… I listened to it on loop for weeks before finally launching the game. And then came the second shock. How did I manage to miss such a masterpiece for so long? Believe me, I’ve made up for it since!

While searching for covers of the track (which originally has no lyrics), I came across Shiroma (しろまのうた), a Japanese artist with an absolutely stunning voice. She performs a version based on the lyrics written by composer Laura Shigihara (ローラ・シギハラ), and I was instantly transported. Her voice has an incredible purity, and it immediately inspired me to create a remix built around her interpretation. I want to thank Shiroma from the bottom of my heart for accepting this collaboration and helping bring this project to life. I truly encourage you to check out her work — her voice and piano arrangements are real gems. You’ll find all her links, along with her cover of “Schala’s Theme,” in the video description.

What happens when you turn a French lullaby into a Trap beat?

My little brother once joked that a Trap remix of this French lullaby about a rabbit struggling to fall asleep would sound awesome. He had no idea I’d actually take his words as a challenge.

So here we are — this is my Trap remix of « Lapinou, Lapinou », the very first remix on this channel.
It’s a chill and soft Trap track with orchestral influences. It took me quite some time to produce, as I wanted the mix to sound as clean and balanced as possible between the instruments, the bass, and the vocals. I really tried to find that perfect harmony between warmth and energy.

Today I’m sharing a track I created a few months ago — something I’d describe as “Lofi Trap” or maybe “Trappy Lofi.”
It blends a soft, melancholic piano with subtle background textures and a deep, heavy bass. I really love the contrast between these two elements. For the best experience, I recommend listening with headphones so you can fully feel the low end.

The vocals are sampled from the movie Donnie Darko. This film had a huge impact on me, and especially the scene where these words appear — it resonated with what I was going through at the time. Including it in my music felt almost necessary, as a way to translate my feelings into sound.

I’m genuinely proud of how this track turned out, and I truly hope it speaks to you as much as it did to me while making it.

As a bass lover, I’ve been into this genre for years, and I’ve always wanted to create something of my own. This one leans more toward a Phonky Trap vibe than pure Phonk, but I had a blast producing it.

Eventually, I created a page for my YouTube channel, and yes, this mean I'm also coming back at producing music, posting videos, and accomplishing any kind of project I'm interested in. I'm currently updating all my social links. Once, it is done, I'll start uploading videos on my new YouTube channel, uploading tracks on my Soundcloud, etc. Every links are available on my YouTube channel.

Below, you can find a music and video project I uploaded few months ago (I know, it took me a while to do this, but better late than never, right ?).

Maybe I will start to livestream my production sessions very soon, I think having some viewers watching me producing regularly might help me to maintain some motivation onto producing, as well as improving my skills.
