大鵬，是中國古代傳說中最大的鳥，由鯤魚幻化而成，《文選‧左思‧吳都賦》中曾記載：「大鵬繽翻，翼若垂天。」而「大鵬展翅」，意即由鯤魚幻化而來的大鵬鳥，將由此一飛沖天，跨越千里，有著高瞻遠矚的凌雲壯志，更有氣蓋山河的豪邁胸襟。
