Everyone has an opinion on design.
Not everyone has feedback.
There's a difference — and most teams don't see it until a project drags through five rounds of "can you just make it pop.
Good feedback is specific. It points at a goal: clarity, hierarchy, the action you want the viewer to take. It moves the work forward.
Random opinions are just taste wearing a confident voice. They move the work sideways.
I work with the tourism sector, logistics, agriculture, hospitality, as well as medium and large companies and entrepreneurs.
So here's my ask to both sides:
Designers → protect the craft, but make feedback easy to give well.
Clients → tell us the goal, not the fix.
That's half the job. The other half is the trust to get there.
What's the most "creative director" comment you've ever received?
