When I look back 40 years from now I will remember who supported Ukrainians and who attacked.

Citizens from 65 countries have come to defend Ukraine.

People of colour lead our ranks.

Gender is not a construct that enters our minds, you are a soldier first and if you fight, you are one of us.

Sexuality is never questioned, war does not care who you love.

And together we fight genocidal, racist, homophobes who r**e their own soldiers as initiation.

We protect innocent civilians who are r**ed, tortured and murdered under the guise of “liberation”.

And if you have never set foot in Ukraine but eat up russian propaganda and call it fact…you have no right to speak.

Your opinion is not a vote cast to decide whether millions of people deserve to live or die.

History will remember you too.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Giving up territory isn’t just about maps—it’s about people.
It means abandoning millions of families, schools, and communities.
Today, Donald Trump and Putin are openly discussing what Ukraine “needs” to do to end the war
⁉️ without Ukraine at the table.

One of their “solutions”
For Ukraine to give up territory already occupied by Russia as part of a ceasefire deal.

This isn’t peace talk.
It’s a Kremlin play:

💻 This is not diplomacy. It’s a deliberate information war tactic:
💥 Push Ukraine to surrender land.
💥 Divide EU leaders.
💥 Pressure Kyiv to cave.

Putin & Trump want Ukraine to “end the war” by handing Putin stolen land
That’s not peace, it's s surrender
⁉️ Would Trump or any other leader give up parts of their country if another suddenly invaded and started killing civilians, in a brutal savage war of aggression ?
Or would they expect the 🌎 to support them in defense of their citizens & teretorial integrity?
President Zelensky has been crystal clear:
“No land will be given to Putin.”

The answer to the Ukrainian territorial question already is in the Constitution of Ukraine.
No one will deviate from this – and no one will be able to.
Ukrainians will not gift their land to the occupier.

📜history has already warned us.
In 2014, the world stood back while Russia invaded and occupied parts of Ukraine and annexed Crimea.

The “compromise” then didn’t stop the war — it fueled it.
Give Putin land now, and it won’t be the last time. It will be the blueprint for future aggression, in Ukraine and beyond.

A signal from the world that might means right, and all of our futures will look like this.
Ukraine still controls 32.8 % of Donetsk Oblast—a frontline kept alive since 2014, by civilians and defenders who refuse to stop fighting to defend their lives, freedom, democracy and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
📣 Silence & in action now , will also allow Russia to rebuild militarily, and plan for war with NATO by 2030.
This is ruzzia's plan.
A warning echoed by Ukrainian
intelligence, as well as other world leaders and experts.

Propaganda works best when it dresses surrender up as peace.
All this in the same week ruzzians publish an online catalogue of children stolen from temporarily occupied Luhansk.

Keep informing others that so called peace talks like this are a ruzzian narrative, to distract & divide us from what really matters.

Supporting Ukraine even more, is the only answer to a just, lasting peace, for Ukraine & the free world.
Keep the conversation focused on that

In the age of high-tech warfare, where every second counts and every message matters the silent heroes behind the lines are the Signal Troops. 📡⚡

This is the day of those who are called the nervous system of the army
Communication in war is also like the cardiovascular system: it ensures the circulation of critically important data, literally helping to save the lives of warriors.

That is why one of the first tasks of a unit entering a sector is to establish reliable communication.
No communication — no action.

They ensure that intelligence flows, commands are heard, and missions succeed. From battlefield communications to cyber defense, their vigilance keeps operations alive and nations secure.
Let’s honor the men and women who connect the frontlines, protect our data, and power the unseen network behind every victory.

🔹 Without signal troops, the mission is silence.

📡 Respect and gratitude to all who serve in the Signal Corps.
💻 Every byte of information is a potential target for the enemy.
That is why signal soldiers not only connect but also protect information channels, ensure command resilience, build networks in the hottest spots, and keep the airwaves during the most difficult moments.

Especially in places like Donestk Oblast, where infrastructure in terms of communications and mobile signals etc can be very scarce.
Very often there is little or no mobile signal at all.
This makes the job of signals and communications much harder, and therefore more dangerous.

So never forget how important your donations for things like starlinks & power stations are.
Donations & raising awareness helps immensely.

Ukraine launched its boldest assault yet.
The incursion into ruzzian Kursk
This marked the first major offensive by Ukraines forces on Russian soil since 1945.

In days, mechanized units advanced over 7 miles, seized, 1,300 ksq,100 localities & captured hundreds of Russians
🔱 General Sirskyi.
“I had no choice; I had to carry out this operation. I needed to simultaneously disrupt the offensive on Kharkiv, reduce pressure on all fronts and prevent the opening of a new front in Sumy, where the enemy was vulnerable, with very few troops guarding the border.

Zelenskyy underlined that this operation was part of a broader victory plan designed to strengthen Ukraine’s hand in future peace negotiations.

⁉️Why this day matters
It was Ukraine’s first large-scale incursion into Russia, and it caught Moscow off guard, sapping resources from other fronts.

The move forced Russia to redirect elite units away from areas like Kharkiv & Donetsk.

Russia moved about 30,000 troops to Kursk region, though many were drawn from within Russia, not Ukraines frontlines.

Independent observers tracked 5,000 personnel pulled directly from Kharkiv & Donetsk

5,000 forces of understrength brigades from frontline units included, 1 brigade from Donetsk.
Accrediting reports suggest up to 10–11 battalions were pulled from northern Kharkiv and Donetsk.

They drew from reserves, elite VDV & naval infantry to reinforce Kursk, significantly straining its ability
Russian planners sacrificed momentum in key axes such as the Pokrovsk direction in Donetsk & Kharkiv to reinforce the threatened Kursk frontier

This shift not only slowed Russian advances but also bought critical tactical time for Ukrainian defenses on multiple fronts.

While ground realities have
shifted, the impact of that day still echoes: weakening ruzzia's capacity, aiding defenses & underscoring Ukraine’s determination to fight & negotiate from strength.

A huge phycological and political blow to Russia.
Part of Ukraine’s enduring plan to defeat aggression & negotiate from strength

However as audacious, and in many ways successful as this operation was.
Today Ukrainain defender's are still fighting a brutal war of aggression from ruzzian forces everyday.
Especially in Donetsk, where ruzzia has now occupied nearly 70% of the Oblast.
What can we do?
Keep supporting Ukraines defender's, raise awareness, speak out & donate, because with all of us helping to support them, Ukraines defenders can stop this war of aggression by ruzzia.

Especially remembering the 2014 Snizhne mission, where a 3rd Regiment team were ambushed while attempting to rescue pilots

🇺🇦 Today, Ukraine marks a national day of remembrance for executed and tortured POWs, for the first time in Ukraines history.

🕯️ 3 years ago, on the night of July 28, 2022, over 50 Ukrainian prisoners of war were brutally killed in Olenivka, Donetsk oblast. A ruzzian prison camp.
These heroes, many of them defenders of Mariupol, were burned alive.

A few days before, 198 fighters of the Azov OZSP were transferred to the prison.
On 28/7/23, guards forced everyone inside, hinting that death awaited them.

Enemy artillery began to operate
At 23.45, two explosions occurred.

47 people died immediately. 6 later bled to death.
More than 140 were injured.
Several hours passed before doctors & ambulances were allowed to enter.

🩸War crimes didn’t stop there.

🇺🇦 Prosecutor General
confirmed 43 cases of executions of Ukrainian POWs by ruzzian forces, right on the battlefield, often in Donetsk oblast. More are being investigated.

Oleksandr Matsiievskyi was shot on 30/12/2022
His body was not returned until Feb 2023.
ruzzia denied responsibility of course , but the 🌎 knows the truth: this was a war crime meant to erase Ukraines spirit, & make them give up defending their lives, freedom & sovereignty

These are not isolated incidents either. They are part of a systematic policy of terror.
This day is not just about memory,
It's a deep wound in the heart of everyone who remembers.
Not just about grief, but about responsibility & duty to return loved ones.
Not to allow anyone to be forgotten.
It's About just punishment of the executioners, because without this, the crimes are repeated.
📢 The 🌎 must hold ruzzia accountable.
The Geneva Conventions matter. War crimes must not be ignored.

So we must keep supporting Ukrainain defenders. Keep helping however we can, because Ukrainains are fighting this brutal terror everyday, & it will not stop unless we help them make it stop.

We were standing under a canopy of trees.
Not a clinic, not a base — just the outdoors. Brutal, harsh, and real.
But this is home now.

One by one, they came to me.
Psoriasis. Sprains. Raw, cracked skin.
Not combat injuries — just the kind of pain that makes nights unbearable.

And so I stood by my car, and I fixed them.
Cleaned their arms. Applied cream. Gave instructions. Listened.
And they left a little better.

I’m a medic with bad — but here, care doesn’t need perfect grammar. Just presence.

Thanks to your support, I can do this.
Thanks to donors, I can be the one who shows up — even when no one else does.

They line up beside my car.
And I do what I can.
Because their next night will be just a little easier — and that matters.

Guardians of Ukraine’s Last Natural Treasures 🌿

Across Ukraine, 19 species of the beautiful Aconitum plant have been documented.

But here in Donetsk Oblast’s Holy Mountains National Nature Park, only one species of — Rolovich's Monkshood — grows, making it uniquely precious to our region.

This remarkable herb stands as a living testament to Donetsk’s unique biodiversity, but the ongoing war threatens to erase these fragile ecosystems forever.

Our soldiers stand on the frontlines defending not just towns and cities, but the precious lands that shelter rare plants and wildlife.

The Holy Mountains and their delicate flora like Aconitum rogoviczii depend on the bravery of these defenders.

By supporting our troops, you’re helping protect the land itself — preserving the only home of this rare species in Donetsk Oblast.

The Steppe Polecat Doesn’t Wear a Uniform — But We Fight for It Too 🦊

Deep in the wild grasses of Donetsk Oblast, the Steppe Polecat hunts quietly, unaware it’s on the brink of vanishing. It’s one of the rarest animals in Ukraine — a Red Book species, its survival hanging in the balance with every day this war drags on.

It doesn’t choose sides.
But if we don’t protect this land — it doesn’t stand a chance.

Russian invasion doesn’t just destroy homes and cities — it crushes ecosystems, pollutes rivers, and drives out species that only exist here. Every meter our soldiers hold is a meter of wild Ukraine preserved.
