I’ve done a creative 360 in 2024. Over the past 5 years I’ve experimented with a lot of different styles in both my sets and productions, but I’ve come back to the type of electronic music that I started listening to almost 10 years ago. After all this time, it still gives me the same feeling as it did then. When I was playing in Australia, I didn’t feel the same pressure as I do now in France. It wasn’t until I came here that I realised this could be an actual career path. With this came responsibility, self-doubt and a continuous loop of ‘will people like what I’m doing?’ rather than ‘do I like what I’m doing?’. So for a big part of 2024, I lost myself creatively and personally. The algorithm that we’re all enslaved to didn’t help either.

Big thank you to everyone that supported my creative journey so far by streaming, buying and playing my music, and all the promoters that places their trust in me. I’m proud of what I made up to this point. And thank you to everyone that I’ve met this year that have encouraged me to be my authentic self.

While I still like to play 478 genres, what you can expect from me now are slower sets focused more of deep techno, progressive trance, house inspired melodies, broken beats, and in general, music that you can groove to and get lost in on the dance floor. Thats how I experienced techno for the first time, and I would like you to experience this wonderful feeling too. Same goes for my production, I’m working on music that creates this type of atmosphere.

For the first time last Friday, I finally felt what so many dj’s mean by “I could’ve have kept playing for hours”, because I truly could’ve.

It’s been so long since I’ve felt this confident in the music I play, the one I produce too and I definitely want to keep embracing this feeling by sharing this with the crowd even more.

Live-streaming from the .radio shack this Friday ahead of the debut .bxl event to bring you some new sounds that I’ve been obsessed with.
