STATEMENT ON THE FATAL CRASH AT KITUBULU ALONG ENTEBBE HIGHWAY
August 25, 2024
A road crash occurred on August 25, 2024, at approximately 06:00 am at Kitubulu along Entebbe Highway, resulting in the loss of two lives. The crash involved UBK 114K (Toyota Wish) & UFB 988K (Bajaj Boxer motorcycle)...........
And then this caution:
We urge all motorists to:-
Observe speed limits
- Motorcyclists, obey traffic regulations
- Exercise caution on the road to prevent such tragic incidents.
Fine one should be in charge of their lives but if this fails ,that's what we have Police to Keep Law a d Order ,but on our Entebbe the traffics guys NEVER bother Bodaboda cyclist - They don't respect TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AT ALL; They have no time to Waite for the TRAFFIC LIGHTS and they wil DO THEIR U-TURN anywhere on the road . They do all.these in the eyes of the Traffic officers on Entebbe Road - At Nkumba Univserty a now known spot for accidents is one spot that all this happens, putting lives especially of the pedestrians at high risk.
Uganda Police Force can't you do something about these Bodaboda riders on this road?
