I greet you all my people ,allow me share few things here. I would like to thank the Event Organisers for the good work they are doing in our region however there is one aspect I wish to dwell on today and its about having budget.

DJs BUDGET
Many atimes you guys lack the aspect of having a specific budget to run your events. You always want to rely on the gate collections to pay the the DJs which to me is wrong.

WHAT IF YOUR EVENT FLOPS?
You book the DJs and use them on your flyers which makes the DJ to respect the game and abandons other gigs to give their all in ur Event but since you don't have a specific budget for them it makes it complicated when things don't work out and some of you start catching feelings when being demanded for money

REMEMBER!!!
Not everyone [DJs] don't work for Alcohol alone. We all have bills to cough

ADVICE
I would wish and encourage you guys to have a specific budget for your events other than relying on gate collection.
