"YOU ARE UNWELCOME YOU BLOOD STAINED MURDERER" USA SANCTIONS LT. GEN. PETER ELWELU.

The united states of America has slapped visa restrictions and travel ban against the former deputy chief of defense Lt. Gen. Peter Elwelu for his role in commanding the updf forces in torching the Rwenzururu kingdom palace in Nov 2016.

Gen Elwelu is infamously known for having led the attack on the Rwenzururu kingdom palace between 26&27th Nov 2016 that saw hundreds of unarmed civilians including women, children and the elderly killed plus over 200 others including the Rwenzururu kingdom king Omusinga Mumbere Charles wisely Iremangoma arrested after being stripped naked.

Shortly after this deadly raid, Elwelu while addressing journalists about the infamous raid said he was not remorseful to have done this heinous act.

The timely sanctions have come in just a few months after his unceremonious demotion from command to a mere Senior Presidential Advisor of some sort.

Just as they say Justice may delay but it does finally arrive, today the USA has announced sanctions and Visa restrictions against him for this crime.(this diplomatically includes his entire family specifically his wife and children).

"Gen. Peter Elwelu was involved while commanding updf forces in extrajudicial killings that were committed by members of the updf in kasese" Mr Mathew miller the Us department of state spokesperson said in a statement.
"The US government therefore basing on section 212 (a)(3)(c) of the US immigration act and section 703 (1) of the department of state hereby puts travel and Visa restrictions against Gen. Peter Elwelu to the US and it's partners"
He concluded his statement.

Elwelu's sanctions were announced together with other Ugandan officials including speaker Anita Annet Among, ministers Amos Lugolobi, Agnes Nandutu and Gorriet Kitutu who were also sanctioned together with their families for their role in embezzlement of the karamoja iron sheets.

THE DAY PEOPLE OF KATWE KABATORO LEARNT TO PAY RWENZURURU TAX.

Mutwe Ntalibara had been appointed as the official RWENZURURU chief in charge of collecting taxes in katwe and the surrounding areas in 1974.

Being a short man with a big head, the people of katwe underlooked him and totally refused to pay the tax, they called him all sorts of word and uttured all sorts of insults apart from a few people who decided to pay.

During the time for handing in the tax, mutwe headed to the mountains to meet the RWENZURURU leadership and was almost beaten because he had turned up as last in terms of collection despite katwe being a major production center.

He was questioned and he gave his report of how he was undermined, a commission was put in place to teach the people of katwe a lesson, it was headed by major Tom Baluku who had just defected from the ugandan government.

In the morning of a black Monday, katwe town was surrounded and cut off, asking for the tax from door to door as those without tickets were paraded and beaten like children infront of their wives and children, the whole town was up in cries and by midday, the lines of the people who parading at Mutwe's home to pick the tickets were so long streching for hundreds of meters as people paid their tax.

From that day, katwe was the leading tax payer town in Rwenzori.

DID YOU KNOW: The largest diamond ever found in Uganda was discovered in kilembe mines in 1974 and was secretly hidden and transferred to the RWENZURURU fighters.

When Amin came to Rwenzururu and granted the Bakonzo two districts of Rwenzori and semliki, the diamond was given to him as a token of appreciation.

The priceless diamond attracted hundreds of white buyers and Amin decided to auction it to the highest bidder.

Since Amin didn't know prices of diamonds, he had to make the white buyers to kneel down and take oaths of death incase theu cheated him.

This iconic picture was taken hours before auctioning.

The diamond is was split into small pieces and upon arrival in England and was placed on the queens Throne.

KASESE YOUTH TARGETED AS TERRORISTS, KINDLY BE CAREFUL.

Gaza, kifesi, B-13 are some of the various gangs that have been in operating in kampala for decades and they have never been framed as terrorist organizations just like the case in Kasese.

Kasese youth should read the lines carefully, labelling Gaza as a terrorist organization by government and then going a head and naming their various camps across the district means that unlike their counterparts in kampala who are handled as thieves, Gaza members in kasese are going to dealt with with an iron hand.

It's an operation that may see some extremism if the youth don't become extra careful.

We advise our youth to strain themselves and distance themselves from the gazzeted gang.

Otherwise the picture maybe worse than we imagine as big government media houses have hu**ed on the narrative.
