PICTORIAL: President Salva Kiir Returns to Juba After Bahr el Ghazal Tour

President Salva Kiir returned to Juba on Friday afternoon following a week-long private visit to the Bahr el Ghazal region.

During his working visit, the Head of State addressed public rallies in Wau, Kuajok, and Aweil. In his addresses, President Kiir called on citizens to uphold peace, invest in farming to boost food security, and prepare for the upcoming general elections scheduled for December this year.

Upon arrival at Juba International Airport, the President was received by Vice President for the Economic Cluster Dr. James Wani Igga, alongside senior government and military officials.
