🔆 Condolences 💐

Radio Amani 89.1 FM extends its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and the people of Uganda on the passing of Gen. Rt. Hon. Moses Ali.

Gen. Moses Ali was a distinguished statesman, military officer, and public servant. He was the Member of Parliament for Adjumani West Constituency and leaves a legacy of resilience and service to the nation.

We honour his dedication, leadership, and contribution to peace, harmony and the development of Uganda. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his memory be a blessing.

At the funeral, President Museveni said General Moses Ali was the first man to oppose Idi Amin, and indeed he paid a price for it, putting his life at tremendous risk.

Networking & Awards Brunch
was a great success.

I am grateful to the Nigerian & Canadian Business Network (NCBN), who activated The Disruptors Business Networking and Brunch Awards, attended by dignitaries from the Canadian cabinet, parliament, City of Brampton and others.

I was honoured with the Global Business Leadership Award. I am especially grateful to King Wale Adesanya, Chairman of the organization, who was there at the start of Silvertrust Media in Ottawa, when I was a young lad 30 years ago.

Recipients beside me include Cheryl Urban from Global Affairs Canada, Dr. Kayode Ayodele, David Mackereth, Dr. Abraham King and Jose Carlos Sousa. VIPs include Mayor Patrick Brown, Minister Rechie Valdez, MP Sonia Sidhu, MP Amandeep Sodhi, Ambassador A. K. Zanna, Akin Roju, Boyd Reid, Wale Rabiu, Bill Murphy, Lara Akinoubi and Minhal Naqvi.

Held at the Brampton City Hall Atrium on Saturday, June 20th 2026, it brought Canada dynamic leaders to celebrate disruptors and changemakers over brunch. Beside the Chairman, organizers also included Dr. Ayo Morgan Adeyemi, Malcom Wright and Tolu Nelly.

This recognition of my work as a Founder as well as the President & CEO of Silvertrust Media, Afroglobal Television, Transformation Institute and Destiny Harvest is much appreciated. This has inspired me to make the next chapter even more meaningful.

Due to my travel to East Africa and the Health Canada isolation protocol, I could not attend in person, but my associates who attended include Andrea Marrett, Marva Smith, Blessing Ogochukwu, Deborah Summers, Nasir Chatha, and Alison Davis.
