We work across genres and markets, providing strategic representation, branding, and touring support to our artists. As our roster grows, we’re expanding our live performance network—and that’s where you come in.
Role Overview:
As an Artist Booking Officer, you will be the key liaison between Zhafar Music Agency and event organizers, venues, and promoters. You’ll be responsible for securing live performance opportunities for our artists, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless ex*****on of bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
📅 Source and secure performance opportunities for artists (gigs, tours, festivals, media appearances)
📝 Negotiate performance contracts, rider requirements, and logistics
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, venues, and event partners
📨 Coordinate with artists and management on availability and tour schedules
🗂️ Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, payments, and itineraries
🎟️ Ensure smooth ex*****on of events, including liaising with production and tech teams
📈 Identify new booking opportunities in domestic and international markets
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in artist booking, talent agency work, or live music coordination
✅ Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
✅ Deep understanding of the music and live entertainment landscape
✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ability to manage multiple bookings and artist schedules
✅ Network of contacts in the music, nightlife, and event industries is a big plus

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong background in public relations, communications, or marketing (music industry a plus)

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
✅ Passion for music, pop culture, and artist branding
