King Isaya Mukirania Kibanzanga, Was the leader of the Rwenzururu movement and the first Omusinga (king) of the Kingdom of Rwenzururu, enthroned on June 30, 1963.

Bulemba Cultural Site, Located in Ihandiro sub-county, Kasese district, within the Rwenzori Mountains National Park, serves as the burial ground for King Kibanzanga.

Memorial Service, Hundreds of Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu subjects attended a memorial event to commemorate the founding king.

Development Plans, The kingdom plans to develop Bulemba as a tourism site, with support from President Museveni, who has committed to transforming the site into a modern cultural hub.
