Back in 2023, for The Exorcist’s 50th anniversary, I walked their team through the film’s real DC locations — ending at the famous steps from that final scene.

These steps still make people stop and stare. That’s the power of this movie — good vs. evil, light vs. dark, and horror that hit different because nothing like it had been made before.
