Paul Biya: God’s Ordained Leader for Cameroon — A Revelation from Isaiah 45

(A Sermon by Rev. Dr. Julius Taka)

Opening Invocation: Lord, Open the Eyes of Cameroon

Heavenly Father, the Creator of nations and the Ruler of destinies, we come before You this day with hearts bowed in humility and gratitude. We thank You for the gift of peace that still reigns over Cameroon, even when storms of confusion rage across her land. O Lord, open the eyes of Your children, especially the youth of Cameroon, that they may see beyond the illusions and manipulations of men. Let them discern the difference between truth and deception, between patriotic duty and destructive rebellion. Father, many have been misled by images and voices on social media — voices that shout of victory where there was no election result, and images that are manufactured to stir anger and unrest. But You, O Lord, are the God of truth and order. Teach our youth to wait upon the lawful declaration of authority and not to rise in rebellion for what is false. Let the wisdom of Heaven descend upon our leaders, upon the military, upon the Church, and upon every citizen who loves this nation. May no Cameroonian blood be spilled on the streets for lies whispered from foreign lands. Let Your Spirit of peace silence the drums of violence. And now, Lord, speak to us through Your Word. Reveal to us why You have chosen President Paul Biya to preserve this nation in such a time as this. As You anointed Cyrus in ancient days, anoint our understanding today to see that Cameroon’s destiny is divinely guarded. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Introduction: Divine Revelation in a Time of Confusion

Beloved brothers and sisters, Cameroon stands at a crossroads. The noise of social media fills our ears — fake results, premature declarations, and digital manipulations designed to confuse the people of God. But amid this confusion, Heaven speaks clearly: “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10). The Lord has revealed that President Paul Biya is His chosen vessel for this time in our nation’s history. Just as Cyrus in Isaiah 45 was anointed by God to fulfill a divine purpose, so too has Paul Biya been anointed to preserve Cameroon from foreign domination, internal division, and premature chaos.

Scriptural Foundation — Isaiah 45:1–7

Thus says the LORD to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held, to subdue nations before him… I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight… that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. Isaiah 45 reveals a profound truth — God sometimes anoints leaders not because they are popular, but because they are purposeful. Cyrus was not a prophet, yet he was chosen to liberate God’s people. In the same way, Paul Biya is not merely a politician; he is an instrument of divine order in Cameroon.

The Battle Behind the Battle: France and the Forces of Disruption

In the spirit, the Lord revealed that France has turned its back on Cameroon’s sovereignty. The same powers that once enslaved our continent now seek to regain control — not through open colonization, but through covert destabilization. They finance separatist groups in the North West and South West, and terrorist cells in the North — all with one evil purpose: to break Cameroon and force her to re-sign the expired “Accord de Coopération.” But the Lord says, “They shall surely gather together, but not by Me; whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake” (Isaiah 54:15).

God’s Anointed Cannot Be Removed Before His Time

When God anoints a leader, no amount of propaganda can dethrone him. Just as David refused to touch Saul — the Lord’s anointed — so too must Cameroonians remember that leadership is not taken; it is ordained. The premature “results” circulating on social media are manufactured lies. The chaos being stirred by Issa Tchiroma Bakary and others is a rebellion not against man, but against God’s established order. And just as the Red Sea swallowed Pharaoh, so shall the tide of truth swallow falsehood.

Prophetic Declaration on Cameroon’s Elections

The Spirit of the Lord declares: ELECAM will stand firm and produce the authentic procès-verbaux (minutes of election). The Constitutional Council will confirm the lawful will of the Cameroonian people. Paul Biya shall be declared President, not by human manipulation, but by divine ordination. For “there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God” (Romans 13:1).

A Warning to the Rebels and Foreign Meddlers

To those who seek to overthrow divine order: the Lord says in Psalm 2, “Why do the nations rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?... He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh.” France’s plan will fail. The separatists’ weapons will crumble. And those who declare themselves victors before the lawful process is completed will be exposed. For the Lord Himself has chosen Cameroon as a nation of peace, unity, and prophetic destiny.

Cameroon’s Divine Destiny

Cameroon’s peace is not man-made; it is heaven-ordained. In the coming days, the world will see that Cameroon’s stability is not the work of diplomats or armies — but of God’s invisible hand protecting His covenant nation through His servant, President Paul Biya. Like Cyrus, Paul Biya was chosen though he knew not, for a divine season of restoration and protection. Cameroon shall not fall to foreign manipulation. Cameroon shall not be divided. Cameroon shall remain one, under God, and under divine leadership.

Closing Prayer

O Lord of Hosts, stretch forth Your mighty hand over Cameroon. Scatter those who sow confusion and lies. Uphold Your anointed servant Paul Biya as the pillar of peace and unity. Let Cameroon rise above foreign schemes and remain a beacon of stability in Africa. We decree it, we declare it, and it shall come to pass — in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

🌟 CamVox Times Morning Devotional – Day 30 (Birthday Special)

Good morning, dear friends. I am delighted to bring to you our CamVox Times Daily Devotional. Today is a special day—it is my birthday, and I want to testify of the goodness of the Lord. Our scripture is Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”

Let us pray. Father, we thank You that every life is a testimony of Your goodness. Thank You that even when beginnings are humble, You write glorious endings. As we reflect today, let this story remind us that rejection is not the end, neglect is not the last word, and poverty is not permanent. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Friend, I was born into royalty, yet I was raised as a slave. The world looked at me and said, “You will never rise. Your life will amount to nothing.” I knew the pain of rejection, the sting of neglect, and the bitterness of being abandoned by those closest to me. I knew what it was like to be hungry, to be forgotten, to feel invisible. But the story did not end there.

God opened a door, and I found myself in the United States. From extreme poverty, God lifted me into prosperity. From being unable to feed myself, God now uses me to bless hundreds and impact the lives of thousands. The very family that once abandoned me now sees the hand of God in my life. And let me declare this prophetically: my tomorrow will be bigger than my today. And beloved, your tomorrow will be greater too.

The Bible is full of stories just like this. Joseph was rejected by his brothers, sold as a slave, and thrown into prison. But one day, God lifted him into the palace. The same brothers who betrayed him had to bow before him, and Joseph declared, “You meant it for evil, but God meant it for good.”

David was dismissed by his own father when Samuel came to anoint a king. He wasn’t even invited into the house—he was left in the fields. Yet God lifted him from shepherd boy to king of Israel.

And consider Jesus Himself. The Bible says, “He came to His own, but His own received Him not.” He was rejected, despised, mocked, and crucified. Yet the stone the builders rejected became the chief cornerstone.

I once heard about a man who grew up in crushing poverty. His family disowned him because of his faith. For years, he wandered, eating from garbage bins. But God gave him a scholarship to study abroad. Today, he is a professor, building schools in his home country. His family, who once rejected him, now honors him.

Another story: A woman in Africa was abandoned by her husband and mocked by her village. She started selling vegetables by the roadside to survive. Years later, God blessed her small business into a thriving company. Today, the same people who mocked her now line up at her office seeking help.

Here’s the law of attraction. If you keep saying, “I was born rejected, I will always be neglected, I’ll never rise,” you attract more of that pain. But if you declare, “I am chosen. I am favored. My tomorrow will be bigger than my today,” you attract opportunities, favor, and breakthroughs. What you declare shapes what you attract.

Now let’s declare together:
• “My rejection is my redirection into destiny.”
• “I attract favor, prosperity, and global influence.”
• “My tomorrow will be greater than my today.”
• “My future has nothing to do with my past, because God has a better plan for my life.”

Say these until you believe it with every fiber of your being.

Let us pray. Father, thank You for turning rejection into elevation. Thank You for taking me from being abandoned to being influential, from poverty to prosperity, from despair to hope. Today, I declare over my life and over the life of every listener: the past will not define us, and the future will be greater than the present. We step into abundance, purpose, and destiny. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Before you go—don’t forget to subscribe, like, share, and donate to CamVox Times, so together we can keep spreading hope and faith across the world.

And let me remind you about my book: Politics Where People Live: The Grassroots Cafeteria Campaign Model (GCCM). Just as God raised me from rejection into influence, this book shows how ordinary spaces—cafés, farms, markets—become the breeding grounds of extraordinary change. From Truman’s whistle-stop tours in America to grassroots organizing in Africa, it reveals how transformation always begins where people live. Available now worldwide on Amazon Kindle and Paperback.

Summary of Today’s Devotional:
Rejection is not the end. Neglect is not permanent. Poverty is not your destiny. If God can lift me from being unable to feed myself to blessing thousands, He can do the same for you. Your tomorrow is bigger than your today, and your future has nothing to do with your past. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow you, and you will dwell in the house of the Lord forever
