Below are the court dates for Dakota's case. They are the last day of pretrial and the first day of the trial, it will continue on through the week with the second day starting at 10:30. We appreciate the communities ongoing support, prayers, and love for Dakota. 💙❤️

Dakota will be coming to adrian! Come see him December 22,2025 from 4 to 6 pm at Faith Baptist Church. Come see him!!

Although Dakotas Facebook says his birthday was 3 days ago, his birthday is actually April 7th. This will be his 16th birthday. If you have any cards or messages you would like to give him let us know!!

Dakota is in rehab doing the same but thankfully not getting worse! Please keep up the prayers. Thank you for your continued support!

Dakota is unfortunately back at Motts. He spiked a fever of 103.9 and possibly has pneumonia. HR is also elevated. We are asking once again that you continue your prayers! Will keep you updated as updates come in. If there’s no post there’s no update!

Update 01/10/2025:
Hello!
Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
Dakota has an appt to look at possibly starting to wean off of the ventilator.
His right side is getting stronger.
We had Christmas with him.
We all miss having him home with us very much and hope the person that did this comes forward soon😢

UPDATE: 6:52pm his breathing is so bad that he is on his way to the U of M💙💛

Dakota is on his way back to Royal Oak Beaumont because they can’t keep his oxygen saturations up. The past two nights he has also received Va**um to calm him and his blood pressure down. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we journey through this next hospital stay.

Dakota is on his way back to Special Tree Rehab!!
Thoughts and prayers needed!

He is breathing mainly on his own, the hospital took the air out of the ballon on his trach in hopes that his airway won’t block up again. He is still on tube feeds but doing good otherwise!

SURGERY WENT WELL!! His skull is back together! He has a drain in to drain blood and infection!
