Our next Leadership Luncheon features a keynote address by Lisa Totz, the current President of the Women Business Owners Alliance of Pioneer Valley () on Tuesday 7/9.
At this luncheon, Lisa Totz will share her professional journey, which spans significant roles with major U.S. employers, including Boeing in Seattle, Raytheon in Tucson, and ITT in West Springfield. Her impressive career includes leadership in organizations like YESnet (Young Engineers and Scientists Network) and Raytheon Women on the Move, along with her entrepreneurial ventures as the owner of LT Consulting. Lisa's contributions to her community are further highlighted by her roles as President of the Jimmy Fund Council of Western Massachusetts, BNI President, and Race Director for various triathlons.

American International College (AIC) in Springfield, MA, announces the appointment of Lisa Doherty as the newest member of its Board of Trustees.

Doherty is president and CEO of Business Risk Partners (BRP), which she co-founded with her sister, Linda Boborodea, more than twenty years ago. They started BRP in 2000 to provide professional specialty commercial liability insurance for small to medium-sized companies.
While BRP initially focused on businesses with up to $50 million in revenues, it has grown as a specialty insurance underwriter and program administrator and writes policies for companies of all sizes nationwide. BRP has been awarded the “best practice” distinction, meeting the rigorous standards and best practices set by the Target Market Program Administrators Association.

Polish National Credit Union proudly announces that Rachel Dionne, AVP and Credit Risk Officer, has joined the Board of Directors of Providence Ministries.
Rachel Dionne, who resides in Southampton, MA with her husband, Todd, is dedicated to community service. Her volunteer work includes over half a decade on the Board of Trustees for Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public School, membership on the school's Finance Committee, involvement in a Youth Ministry Group, service on the Town of Southampton Finance Committee, and as an Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Westfield. She now adds the Providence Ministries Board membership to her list of contributions.
