The X Level welcomes Shelia Smith, former Akron Public School Board Member, avid Buchtel High School supporter and an Ohio Prevention Specialist Assistant to the booth to discuss the awareness that her team is bringing to the community. March is Problem Gambling Awareness Month and she discusses the affect on the Black community, the causes and how to seek assistance.
