We are going to some yard sales today. It’s always good to get out and I have done my exercise already. I’m 92 and I’ve been exercising by walking my whole life walking is one of the best exercises for most anybody if you can steal walk and you can’t go outside do it in your house that’s what I did the other day around and round cause I empty determined to get a mile in every day grandma Lois checking in ❤️
