Happy Saturday! We’re smoking one of our pasture raised briskets today! Eddie spent time fixing up all sorts of stuff on the ranch while I was away, including our Green Mounain Grill smoker - the big boy, “Daniel Boone!”
Dry rubbed with Chef Blair’s Smoked Sea Salt Pepper Garlic! 🤤
Good to know folks who value high quality food and are equally passionate as we are!
I like that Chef Blair uses high quality ingredients and NO anti-caking agents, and prepares everything right here in the Hill Country. His “Red Eye Rub” using coffee is also supreme.
