Ronald Wood (‘70)
Albany State University Athletics mourns the passing of Ronald Wood, a proud Golden Ram, former football student-athlete, devoted alumnus, and member of the Class of 1970.
Mr. Wood’s life and legacy reflect the pride, tradition, and excellence that define Albany State University. Following his time as a student-athlete, he remained a loyal supporter of Albany State Athletics and a steadfast advocate for the Golden Rams Football program, generously giving of his time, presence, and support through the years.
His contributions helped strengthen the foundation upon which generations of Golden Rams continue to build.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, former teammates, and all who were blessed to know him.
Forever a Golden Ram.
