The Knicks win! The Knicks win! Greatest comeback in NBA Finals history, maybe the greatest finish in NBA Finals history. The Knicks take Game 4!... Dolan cancels watch party outside MSG because degenerate fans have been so unruly. “I won’t even put up screens.” Good for you, Mr. Dolan. We also push for water cannons to keep the swine at bay (Indiana Pacers and San Antonio Spurs fans in disguise, causing trouble)… A little disappointed Madelyn Cline wasn’t courtside for Game 4. The Knicks should have offered up a pair of tickets; one for her and one for me… Idaho will start shooting prisoners in July, says the Idaho Statesman… Arizona school board member gives N**i salute and is promptly sent to Idaho (ok I made that last part up. Himmler is still in Arizona)... Speaking of Arizona, the GOP primary clashes over paranormal activity. Everyone is a skeptic until they are zapped up… The Who’s Who on the White House UFC card, maybe we should get a Putin vs. Zelensky bare-knuckle match…

What is Happening? The Knicks Fall at the Garden. Weird Things Happen on Full Moons. Must have Been a Full Moon Somewhere in the World

By Greg Evans

I was looking out my window last night, scanning the purple darkness to see if the planet was finally being taken over by cannibal space nerds. The Yankees vs. Guardians game was on FS1, which means, maybe, 12 people in the universe got to watch the game, and they are all on some space station because the game was only broadcast on Mars. The Knicks looked shaky, with flashes of brilliance. The officiating in the NBA Finals has been horrible. The San Antonio Spurs are the dirtiest team in NBA Finals history. Especially Wemby and Kornet. It is like watching an episode of Locked Up Pelican Bay.

May you live in interesting times. Because these are some weird, weird times. The average ticket to the game last night at Madison Square Garden was $10,000. There is nothing holding that up but rotten air and disappointment. I’m in a bad mood today. I couldn’t watch the Yankee game because I was blacked out. We have like 40 streaming channels, and still got blacked out. I was so amped for the Knicks game all day it was hard to concentrate, and I was busy. Couldn’t wait. It was finally getting close to tip-off. I tuned in early to watch the festivities and excitement at the garden. For a while, I wished I was there…

The Nostalgia of Music

By Greg Evans

I was rummaging through my basement and stumbled upon an old boombox, a crippled black Panasonic, maybe circa 1985. Inside one was a cassette tape, but no ordinary LP- it was an old mixed tape. Interesting. Remarkably, I still had the power cord, and the radio still worked. Unfortunately, not the tape player. The only sound produced was a gasping and crunching of gears, psuedo-melted by undefinable liquid that oozed out of the 35-year-old batteries. I had envisioned listening to that old mixed tape while working through a six-pack of Hamm’s, and letting the songs take me back to a different time. A simpler time, when nebbish guys getting laid was a wet dream, and my teenage crush was a goddess, so perfect I wondered if she was made of glass and would shatter into a billion jagged shards if that field hockey ball hit her. Music had that power. Music can go underneath the skin and into the soul. It can pull out memories you had forgotten existed, and they can transport you through the ether, back to a reality that you barely paid attention to when you were there.

Yankees Hit Their Way Back Into Style

By Greg Evans

The Yankees put on an exhibition today against the Sacramento A’s in the 3rd inning. It was one of those innings that get your blood moving, if you’re a Yankees fan.

The Greatest Showman would have been singing at the top of his lungs. I had been watching and listening to the game while digging a hole to plant a blueberry bush, not particularly astute being bear country, but once the bush is big enough, there should be plenty of berries to go around.

I stopped what I was doing to watch the annihilation of the A’s pitching staff. One after the next, the Yankee batters hammering away.

Goldschmidt RBI 1-3 A's. Bases loaded 0 outs

Rice 2-run double. Tie game

Judge RBI single 4-3, Yanks take the lead.

Bellinger single. Bases loaded again. Still no outs…

53 Years

https://share.google/4RRRHgmcJK5xb6sxi

By Greg Evans

The New York Knicks are headed to the NBA Finals for the first time in 27 long, dusty-shelf-filled years. In fact, I have waited my whole life for the Knicks to bring a Larry O’Brien trophy to the Big Apple, being the last time they won was four years before I was born.

I remember back when I worked for the Knicks, while writing trivia in that windowless room in the marketing offices across Pennsylvania Plaza, wondering if I’d ever see a championship in my lifetime. In 2000-2001, they finished 48-34, 4th in the Eastern Conference and lost in the first round to Toronto. A forgettable year.

At the time, I was around 20-21 years-old. By that point I had already been twenty mind-numbing years. It’s been twenty more years and finally, we are on the precipice of what can only be described as remarkable…

As The World Turns, Everything Becomes a Blur

By Greg Evans

I sit and watch them churning up the land, laying down and stacking the trees, slicing up the hills to be flat like a parking lot.

I sip my black steaming coffee and watch the workers lighting ci******es, and sipping cheap black coffee. They chuckle and make dirty jokes, their breath noticeable in the chilly mountain morning air.

I see the swells arrive, the developers in charge, with their salt and pepper hair slick as wet pavement, blue jeans medium-starched and pressed. It is a grocery store they are building today, a Publix, as if this small town needs any more grocery stores.

The farmland in the corner of this intersection at Boones Creek Highway and Christian Church Road was once lush with weeds and shrubs, blackberry bushes and honeysuckle, old trees and tall yellow grass, thick red clay and ancient wind that blew through these unguarded and unmolested fields and forest under wide open skies. That’s all gone now. Like much of this place…

Albany Nights - AVAILABLE NOW!

Greg Cline should have died in the Catskill Mountains. The bear attack that nearly took his life left him with more than physical scars—it awakened something deeper, something he can’t outrun.
In an Albany hospital, Greg is placed in an experimental trauma program alongside Naomi, a woman haunted by a tragedy of her own. What begins as shared survival turns into a fragile, electric bond—one that offers both of them a chance at healing. But when the moment comes to speak the words that matter most, Greg hesitates… and the silence that follows changes everything.
In the aftermath of devastating loss, Greg spirals through a year of guilt, self-destruction, and missed chances at connection. Surrounded by people who try to pull him back—each offering something different—he remains trapped by a single, haunting question: what if one choice could have changed everything?
When an unexpected opportunity allows him to reassess the meaning of his life, Greg takes it, hoping this will quiet the past. Instead, he’s forced to confront it.
A story of survival, dark romance, and the unbearable weight of regret, Albany Nights asks: can we ever forgive ourselves for the words we never said?

The Last Men In Black Sighting

By Greg Evans

https://share.google/3ESVFAdgzDXQz41pC

On a regular night in 2008, the residents of Needles, California saw a turquoise glowing cylinder streaking across the sky before abruptly crashing in a fiery explosion near the Colorado River.

Within a short time, practically minutes, military helicopters including sky crane arrived on scene, recovered the debris and flew north.

The witnesses weren’t able to make out the contents of the debris leading people to speculate its extraterrestrial origin.

But that wasn’t all. Men in Black then descended on the town and reportedly demanded and even threatened witnesses to keep their mouths shut.

This is said to be the last verified sighting of these enigmas. But was it? Or did they realize the error of their ways but being so visible. New strategies had to be implemented for future crashes or unexpected civilian sightings.

Prison Planet: Interstellar Wardens of Humanity

By Brett Whitmarsh

Archons are believed to be cosmic beings who exert advanced mind control tactics over humans. They are the alleged lower rulers of space and the cosmos. In the material physical realm on earth, they continually thrive on manifesting human turmoil, stress, emotional peaks, anguish, pain, and war. It has been known for quite some time now that a population is easily controlled if they are in a specific state. We are not referring to New York State, Nevada, or California; we are talking about a state called "fear". The specific fear we are referencing is "constant fear".

Archons apparently have taken control of the media. Every now and then, a positive spin is included in mainstream media. Otherwise, the norm is a constant stream of conflict between countries, how many people have been impacted or died, how many soldiers paid the ultimate sacrifice, how many innocent civilians were killed, and it goes on and on down the yellow brick road.

Next, the media spins narratives of violence and highlights all the violent crime stats in many major cities…
