I keep trying to invent things, and Mrs. Clue Writer just doesn't support me. "Here's a neat toy idea," I say, and she replies, "You're 123 years too late." I invented something to treat workers overseas, and she told me that I was 337 years too late for that. And I came up with a great sitcom that Brooke Shields could get work on, and she told me it had already aired in the early-to-mid 2010s. Sigh. Has this happened to you?
