Bob Sinclair and Jeff Graff were recently awarded a Patriotic Employer Award from ESGR (Employer Support of Guard and Reserve) after being nominated by Sgt. Wade Van Otegham for their tremendous support leading up to his current deployment with the Iowa National Guard. Sgt. Van Otegham is an Integrated Solutions Specialist at Sinclair Tractor and is part of the recent deployment of Iowa National Guard Troops to the Middle East. The award was presented by Don Lane, a local volunteer with ESGR.

Sinclair Tractor was also recognized as an employer who values the leadership, unique skills, and dedication of our National Guard and Reserve members and who will support those employees and their families.

We are sincerely honored and humbled to be awarded these recognitions, and we wish Sgt. Van Otegham and all our National Guard and Reserve members a safe deployment and return home. ❤🤍💙
