NMDIG is New Mexico's newest grant opportunity for emerging documentary filmmakers

We are proud the announce dates for the public screenings of the 2025 chorot of emerging documentary filmmakers from here in New Mexico!

Please join us at the screenings & stay tuned for forthcoming programming details!
Tickets for the The Guild Cinema showing are on sale now, so reserve yours as we expect it to sell out quickly! Center for Contemporary Arts of Santa Fe tickets will be available two weeks prior to screening.

We look forward to seeing you at the screenings and are thrilled to support these emerging documentarians. Their topics are all important & timely and influence and impact us all here in NM. It will be a great programme!

NMDIG is proud to announce the eight awardees for the 2025 funding cycle. We extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to everyone who applied; there were so many truly outstanding applications submitted. Ultimately it was these eight filmmakers whose projects we felt the most urgency to support in this moment.

Please stay tuned in the coming months for news, updates, and events as these emerging filmmakers embark on the journey of bringing these films to life. We encourage you to follow their work and individual careers as they are the next generation of filmmakers and storytellers who will bring the narratives unique New Mexico to the fore in the years to come.
