Went to the grocery store with my boy for "just a few things."

Came back with:
✅ Dinosaur nuggets
✅ 4 types of cereal he’ll eat once
✅ A toy from the checkout aisle
✅ Fruit snacks (3 boxes)
❌ The 3 things I actually went for

The bill: $187.

I don't know how it happens every time. I genuinely don't know. 😅

Before bedtime, a quick story. ❤️

Mommy and Asher were drawing a slice of watermelon together. When they finished, Asher looked at his drawing and said, “I don’t like it… it’s messed up.” He got upset because he thought his drawing wasn’t as good as Mommy’s.

We reminded him that his drawing was beautiful in our eyes and encouraged him to keep trying. I even told him, “You’re even better at drawing than me.”

He tried again, with a little help from Mommy—and look how much it improved. 🥺

Sometimes, our kids just need a little guidance to bring out their full potential. Because they learn by exploring, experimenting, and discovering the world. ❤️
