Yoga ya ya is a space to get grounded, practice yoga and meditation and is FOR ANYONE.
This is an exciting place for the people in our community to gather as we strengthen our bodies, relax our minds and open up to endless possibility.
All of our classes are ALL LEVELS of experience and strength - you will learn how to breathe deeply and mindfully, build strength and stamina, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in your entire body -- and more importantly...your mind.
We have HEATED Power Vinyasa Yoga and Basics Slow Flow Classes as well as a weekly Meditation class. YOU can and are ready now to join ANY of our classes!
How do you ya ya?
-You can pre register online www.yoga-yaya.com (pre registration is not required)
- Bring a yoga mat, a towel, water.
- Plan to arrive 10 - 15 minutes before class to allow time for sign in and set up.
