🖤 A Little Update From Me 🖤
First, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has placed an order, sent a message, shared my posts, or supported my small business lately.
If you’ve noticed orders taking a little longer than normal, I want to sincerely apologize and give a little insight into what’s been going on behind the scenes.
Between summer activities, wedding planning, a custody case, raising my kids, and just life in general, things have been a little extra busy lately. While 11:11 Customs may look like a full team from the outside, it’s actually just me behind the screen.
I’m the one answering messages, sending invoices, designing, ordering supplies, making products, packaging orders, and coordinating pickups and shipping. Some days I feel like I need about three extra versions of myself. 🤪
Please know that every order is important to me, and I’m working through them as quickly as I can while still making sure the quality is where I want it to be. I’d rather take a little extra time and give you something I’m proud of than rush through it.
Your patience, understanding, and support mean more than you’ll ever know, especially during this busy season of life. Thank you for continuing to choose my small business and allowing me the grace to balance it all.
