We reside in Forsyth County Georgia. In the city/county once known as the most racist county in America. Oprah Winfrey, Coretta Scott King, Sen John Lewis and more came to protest the status quo. While the demographic optics have changed, racism is still alive. It is just much more covert. There have been several instances that prove that Cumming, at its core, is steeped in racism. The City if Cumming charged us more in taxes than whites in our neighborhood with house stats comparable to ours. When we realized this and bought it to their attention, they changed the overage but never explained why. The Courts aided Ocwen Loan Servicing in wrongfully foreclosing on our home. None of the orders given mentioned, "any" of the laws Ocwen broke even though GADBF confirmed that fraud was present, to no avail. The 2017 CFPB consent order which made GA enter a cease and desist because of several violations against those they serviced. Almost all of them applied to what they have done to us since 2013. The judges would wait to hear our causes last so the courtroom would not have any witnesses so they could blatantly discriminate against us without repercussions. If it is at all possible, I will fax the orders as evidence. Just recently they told us if we tried to file any other complaints (Complaints of our victimization) that we would have to pay a $1,000 bond as if we are the criminals and not the victims. They sent the US Marshals out to our home to threaten me. They said you, " You better not file criminal charges " Each judge turned a blind eye to the predatory loan we were coerced into. The loan was used to steal over $70,000 of our equity. Judge David L Dickinson tried to get Phill Bettis a renown 5th generation to keep Forsyth White to settle our title issues. PBS did a special on him. After Judge Dickinson did this, he added insult to injury by signing off on having us evicted days before our daughter graduated and in spite of the fact that I told him I was having a procedure done because I had been dealing with serious medical problems at that time. His reply was we had seven days to leave. There is much more, but I pray this is enough for now. We need help to not only to stop the blatant racism and discrimination. We need help, to keep others from not going through the hell we've been through.
