Beautiful steer! Only one month left. Jordan is gonna be prime beef. A big bubba. It’s bittersweet every time. We love our animals so much. It’s never easy, and it shouldn’t be!

We are very thankful we know where our food comes from. Reality check is on the way. We all should have that feeling often vs just picking up a piece of meat from a store with no connection whatsoever. Makes you appreciate life and where your food comes from.

Raise one by hand for 24-28 months. See how you feel when they know their name and love attention. It’s rough but rewarding in the end. But we gotta eat and stay healthy. Farm on ~David
