LET'S CORRECT A FEW LIES THAT IS BEING SPREAD AROUND FACEBOOK CONCERNING A HEARING COMING UP ON MONDAY

THERE IS A STATUS CONFERENCE MONDAY MORNING FOR THE CASE AGAINST THE OWNER OF BCFP. THIS IS NOT A HEARING, THE SO-CALLED VICTIM IS NOT REQUIRED TO APPEAR.

AS FAR AS THE REPORTS OF SOMEONE'S BAIL BEING REVOKED, THAT IS ANOTHER LIE, THE PROCESS TO REVOKE SOMEONE'S BAIL IS TO FILE A MOTION TO HAVE BAIL REVOKED, THERE HAS BEEN NO SUCH FILING.

NOW AN UPDATE ON THE CASE, THEIR CASE IS FALLING APART, THE INVESTIGATOR FOR THE ATTORNEY OF BCFP HAS BEEN REVIEWING THE PHONE EXTRACTIONS PROVIDED BY THE D.A. OFFICE, THE FILE WAS HUGE DUE TO HAVING THE PHONE FOR YEARS. SO FAR THERE IS NO EVIDENCE POINTING TO A PLAN TO HAVE SOMEONE ROBBED, WHICH IS WHAT THE D.A. OFFICE WAS HOPING TO FIND.

WE HAVE ALREADY FILED A MOTION TO CHALLENGE THE SUFFICIENCY OF THE EVIDENCE PRESENTED AT THE PRELIMINARY HEARING. BELOW IS A DESCRIPTION OF THAT MOTION

" A motion to challenge the sufficiency of the evidence at a preliminary hearing is a motion to dismiss filed by the defense, asking the judge to find insufficient evidence to support the charges and potentially dismiss them before a trial can occur. This is a pre-trial tactic to argue that even if the prosecution's evidence is true, it doesn't meet the minimum legal standard (probable cause) required to proceed to a full trial. The judge's role is to determine if this standard is met, and if not, the case may be dismissed. "

THIS LETTER IS CONCERNING JOSH ROLAND

Hiring this contractor was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The workmanship was disgraceful, sloppy, rushed, and well below any reasonable standard. His communication was nonexistent. He constantly ignored calls and messages, showed up late (if at all), and left me completely in the dark throughout the process.

What’s worse is that he took an already unsafe situation and made it even more dangerous for me and my children, who live in this home. Rather than correcting the issue, he created new hazards and showed zero regard for our safety or well-being.

He also presents himself as some kind of righteous, upstanding member of the community but his behavior and business practices tell a completely different story. There is nothing honest or professional about how he operates.

After I confronted him about the mess he left behind, he initially offered to refund some of my money, but when I asked about when we could meet to handle it, he completely ignored me, then blocked me altogether. No follow-through. No professionalism. Just pure avoidance and cowardice.

This experience has been stressful, expensive, and dangerous. If you’re considering hiring this person — don’t. Save yourself the risk and find someone who actually stands by their work and respects their clients.

He tossed down over 75 bricks and applied concrete in a haphazard manner, resulting in a chimney that is now below the required height for proper ventilation of gas appliances. This poses a serious safety risk and is not up to code.

In addition to the structural concerns, many of the bricks were left without any mortar between them, compromising the integrity of the chimney. The job was visibly messy, with concrete sloppily applied between the bricks and smeared on the exterior surfaces. He also allowed concrete to spill down inside the chimney flue and around the base of my home, causing further damage and requiring additional cleanup and repair.
