: During a recent interview with the , gave an update on his health and shared that his prostate cancer has returned.

While on the show, he said, “I always imagined I would be telling my prostate cancer story from the other side of prostate cancer because I had a radical prostatectomy surgery. My prostate was removed. There were clear margins.”

He continued, “Close to a year post-prostatectomy, I still need to go back and have additional treatments because it’s been detected that there is still cancer.”

The entertainer and pastor was first diagnosed with Stage 1 prostate cancer in 2024 after a routine prostate-specific antigen (PSA) screening. He decided to have radical prostatectomy surgery, which is the complete removal of the prostate.

Since the removal of his prostate, Montell continued with his routine screenings to make sure he is still in good health. Earlier this summer, doctors found “tiny amounts” of cancer in the lymph nodes on his left side and the prostate bed where the organ once rested.

Now he is gearing up to undergo more treatment for his latest diagnosis. He’ll have proton radiation therapy five days a week for seven weeks. He’ll also take hormone blockers to stop the production of testosterone, which can sometimes cause cancer to grow. We’re wishing Montell Jordan a full recovery. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Tichina Arnold’s daughter Alijah Kai and Erica Campbell’s daughter Krista Campbell are proving that talent truly runs in the family. 🔥

In a video shared to Alijah’s TikTok, the two were seen hanging out and effortlessly belting out classics like “He Wants It All” by Forever Jones and “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green, complete with some harmonizing razzle-dazzle.

With powerhouse vocalists as mothers, Tichina, best known for her acting and singing chops, and Erica as one-half of the Grammy-winning gospel duo Mary Mary alongside her sister Tina, it’s no surprise the clip is blowing up on its own. Looks like the next generation is more than ready to carry the torch!

SWIPE: After nearly 30 years of holding down Hot 97, DJ Enuff is out — and he’s pointing fingers at none other than Funkmaster Flex.

Yesterday marked the end of an era when the Heavy Hitter himself was abruptly let go from the station. Enuff says he had no warning, no heads-up … just blindsided.

The news dropped right after Funk Flex had the whole city shook with a cryptic announcement that looked like retirement — but really was just a switch in time slots. And according to Enuff, that switch came at his expense.

Enuff admitted it was an emotional send-off, even shedding a few thug tears as his wife and fellow DJs — Drewski, E-Stylez, and Lady S — stood by him in support. DJ Camilo also saw his role cut down to just a one-hour slot in what many are calling a massive Hot 97 shakeup.

While Enuff doesn’t have receipts, he told TMZ that in his soul he knows Flex pulled strings behind the scenes, allegedly throwing a tantrum to secure his own spot. The two haven’t spoken since the firing, and Enuff says he’ll let the smoke clear (and take his Puerto Rican vacation) before reaching out — because he’s “the bigger man.”

Even though Flex gave Enuff his start at the station, their next link-up might not be all hugs and memories. 👀

Now, all eyes are on Funk Flex’s new show next week … where the streets expect him to finally address the drama.

In 2002, at just 16 years old, Brian Banks was accused by his classmate Wanetta Gibson of kidnapping and r—e, even though there was no physical evidence to support her claim. Facing the possibility of 41 years to life in prison, he accepted a no contest plea under pressure from his lawyer. As a result, he was sentenced to about six years, serving five behind bars before being placed on probation and forced to register as a s*x offender. Nearly a decade later, in 2011, Gibson reached out to Banks through Facebook and admitted during a recorded meeting that she had fabricated the entire accusation. Her false claim had even been tied to financial gain from a lawsuit her family filed against the school district. Armed with this new evidence, the California Innocence Project took up his case. In May 2012, the court officially dismissed the conviction and exonerated Banks.

Shilo Sanders, son of NFL legend and Colorado head coach Deion Sanders, was waived by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after failing to make the final 53-man roster. Shilo, who went undrafted, had a turbulent preseason that ended with an ejection for punching Bills tight end Zach Davidson. Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles called the incident “inexcusable.” Despite the setback, Deion remains supportive and forward-thinking about his son’s future. “I prepare my kids for anything and everything that can happen in life and in sports,” he said in a press briefing. “That’s part of fatherhood, that’s part of parenting, that’s part of having a relationship.” Deion continued, “He is mentally where he needs to be, physically where he needs to be. We’re praying that he gets another opportunity to go with another team, but if he doesn’t, the plans have already been put forward.” He added, “Shilo’s a man of many talents. He’s gonna be straight. 42-year-old Keiona Wilson lost her life following a dispute at a home, where she believed her husband was staying. After spotting his car, Wilson confronted the woman inside, Keosha Greer, through a security speaker. The situation escalated, leading to a physical altercation and a fatal injury. Wilson managed to drive herself to a nearby precinct but later passed away at the hospital. No charges have been filed at this time🍵
