We are so excited to announce that our hard work has paid off yet again.

We ended last semester with a 3.51 GPA for our Eta Beta chapter!

Shout out to all of the women of Eta Beta for working so hard to make this large goal of ours a reality.

This past weekend our incoming executive board officers had their annual retreat, where they received training for their respective positions and Chi Omega as a whole.

A national consultant, Megan Kelly, came to help execute the training and provide these women with all of the information they will need for a successful year. Among training, the officers created goals for the upcoming year and bonded throughout the weekend.

Eta Beta would like to thank Megan for all of her help and encouragement as our brand new executive team gets ready to take over. We are so excited to see what our newly trained officers will do for our chapter over the next year!

Yesterday, the women of Eta Beta celebrated our annual Hootie Holiday, an event where we dressed up in our comfiest PJ’s and spent quality time with our Chi Omega families.

This year instead of giving each other small gifts at the event we decided to donate money to a family in Ames in hopes of making their holiday a little brighter. This was a great way for our women to give back during the season of selfless giving.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible new member educator, Maddie McCarville, who made this Hootie Holiday one we will all remember!

Happy holidays from the women of Eta Beta!

This past week, Iowa State's Dance Team took home two first place trophies at state! We are so proud of our Eta Beta Women: Paige, Cali, Megan, and Hannah, for putting in hours of hard work to help their teams take home first place!

Here's a photo of some of our women supporting them at their state send off performance this past Tuesday!

Iowa State's Dance Marathon is the largest student-run philanthropy on campus that raises money for kids and their families who are affected by life threatening illnesses and are staying at the University of Iowa's Stead Family Children's Hospital. Our Eta Beta chapter is proud to have 3 of our women on the executive team and a large handful that are actively on committees or participate as dancers. Dance Marathon is a large community service organization that so many of our women are passionately involved in, and have worked countless hours to raise money for children battling life threatening illnesses this past year.

Today ISUDM is trying to raise 21,000 in one day, FTK!

Please help us reach this goal by donating to Chi Omega's team fundraising page! Last year we were honored to win the miracle cup for being the chapter with the largest donation, and this year we are going for a repeat! All donations no the size make a large difference for these families. And all donations are tax deductible!

Yesterday our women spent the night painting mini pumpkins with one another while enjoying hot chocolate and caramel apples! While we remember what we are thankful for, our women enjoyed each other’s company before parting ways for Thanksgiving break.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing sisterhood chair, Hannah Heathman, who always puts together such thoughtful events for our Eta Beta chapter.

We wish you all a happy Thanksgiving!

Last night Eta Beta had a spooky social with Phi Gamma Delta! They spent the evening carving pumpkins, drinking apple cider, munching on yummy caramel apples, and getting to know one another.

Thank you to our amazing social chair, Alex Kinnes, for putting together such a fun event on Halloween!

Here's a few freshmen showing off their carved pumpkins, Chi Omega themed!

Happy homecoming week!

Our Eta Beta chapter, along with our pairing, Kappa Sigma and Delta Chi, are hard at work making this homecoming week the best one yet.

And we need your help! Our incredible display co-chairs, Claire Michelson and Meghan Williams, have spent hours working on our banner, and it looks amazing.

Please help us earn points by clicking on the photo and hitting like on our pairings photo (on ISU's Homecoming page).

And a quick update on homecoming so far: We are currently in 1st place for tournaments overall! Last Thursday our volleyball team placed 2nd and last night our treds team also got 2nd place!

Shoutout to our homecoming co-chairs Rebekah Sletten and Morgan Meyer for all of their hard work, making this homecoming week a major success thus far!
