XL pan of Pancit & 80 pc. Lumpia for my client luncheon this afternoon. 🫶🏽

The brown sauce is my signature homemade sauce great for dipping or pouring onto your noodle. Of course there’s sweet chili sauce, too.

Nothing about this dish has spice, just lots of flavor and fresh ingredients that will leave you satisfied.

I’d be happy to make this for your next event, too.

This means more weekends will open up more for you going forward! It also means 3-5 day salad mealprep is coming back along with all the fall favorites (as well as new dishes) including braised oxtails. 🤤

My son and I reviewed the Viral GRAPE Ice Cream tonight…10/10 so far my favorite one.

Just as a reminder, if you order lunch please know that I usually start deliveries around noon and finish by 2:30pm. If I feel like I’m going to run over 2:30pm I’ll always let you know. 🤗

I do have a family with small children and one with a disability and I depend on a caregiver to arrive on time in the mornings so I can start work. This affects how I start my day but assure you I always try not to disappoint.
Also, anything can happen in my mobile kitchen so sometimes I get done early and sometimes my stove won’t light or I spill a bunch of oil who knows. 🤷🏽‍♀️ 😂😂😂 I also make sure everything is perfect before I leave to start deliveries so you have nothing but the most fresh and hot food delivered to you.

Anyways, I’m on the road now so if you haven’t gotten your order yet, I’ll be to you before 2:30pm
