Trying to step up my game when it comes to Mexican Food so I’m playing around with new flavors and ideas trying to find that “wow” factor.

No Taco Burrito Feast is ever exactly the same because I create based on my mood and your likes & dislikes, of course. 😂
I do have one of those deep fryer tortilla baskets coming next week, so who knows what I’ll create next!

I also did Spanish Rice but I guess I failed to get a photo. 🤷🏽‍♀️

What an absolutely beautiful day to eat out in the sun. ☀️

Stopped in after my lunch deliveries and all I can say is BIG WOW to these hustlers! I am beyond impressed to say the least.

I tried 3 dishes at 3 different trucks and I recommend them all!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

•RUSSIAN EATS ~ Spicy Beef Peroshki. I’ve never had anything like this!! It was simple, cheesy, super fresh, warm, crispy, and flavorful. The breading was like a fresh homemade roll and a fluffy donut at the same time.
•Reserva Venezolana ~ Shredded Beef Empanada & Pineapple Lemonade
Best empanada, ever. The dough was a little sweet, and the filling was savory & generous. It was also fresh out the grease but light, and super delicious. The lemonade was PERFECTION.
• Senior Moose Birria Tacos ~ I have zero complaints about this plate. The best thing about it was the homemade spicy salsa.

There were so many different trucks here, it was like traveling across the globe in one parking lot. I feel inspired and refreshed.

We tried something from every booth EXCEPT Gabriel’s, Papaya, MJ’s, and the Birria Taco/Street Corn place this morning.

What we recommend:

•The Churro Cheesecake Bites & Strawberry Flan from Estephania Fannatik Bakery
