Today was spent getting rigs ready for the next adventure — finishing up packing, maintenance, and final installs on the Jeep and Tacoma for Alaska Offroad Expedition.
Throughout the day, I kept stopping and looking over at the flag flying outside the shop. It was a reminder that Memorial Day is bigger than a long weekend, camping trips, or trail rides. It’s about honoring the men and women who served, and especially those who gave the ultimate sacrifice defending our freedom.
Because of them, we have the ability to speak freely, live the lives we choose, explore this incredible country, and enjoy the outdoors we love so much. That freedom was paid for by people willing to give everything for it.
Today we remember them. 🇺🇸

Getting the Tacoma ready to fit bigger tires… and man, I’ll say it—definitely more work than a Jeep 😅

Clearancing, trimming, dialing everything in… Toyota guys know the struggle. But that’s part of the fun, right?

I’m pumped to finally get this thing out on the trails and really see how it compares. We’re gonna run the Tacoma and the Jeep side by side and put both platforms to the test—capabilities, comfort, reliability… all of it.

And let’s be honest… I already know the comments are about to turn into a full-blown Jeep vs Toyota debate 🍿😂

Alaska Lifestyle is officially rebranding to Alaska Off-Road Expedition.

I’m going all in—jumping in with both feet and taking the risk to build something bigger than just content. This is about creating a local business right here in Alaska that delivers a world-class experience for anyone who wants to truly explore what this state has to offer.

Alaska Off-Road Expedition is built around guided adventures through Alaska—off-road, outdoors, and deep into places most people never get to see. We’re working with local businesses to bring in next-level add-ons like helicopter tours, Kennecott mine exploration, off-road trails, camping, and more.

This is just the beginning.

If you’ve been following along, nothing changes content-wise—you’ll still get the same style you’re used to… just more of it, and with a bigger purpose behind it.

The snow is packing just about perfect right now. We did some exploring with a group of awesome people!

We are just about set for expeditions in the Gladiator. Now it's time to get the Tacoma done.
