Part 3 Working on the mighty R1M. The entire service took approximately 4 hours. This video is 51 seconds long. It’s a *very* brief overview of some of the things I did. What I did: Changed/ balanced both tires. Changed all fluids; oil/ filter, coolant, brake fluid front/ rear, changed spark plugs, serviced chain (clean/ l**e/ adjust). Ran ecu/ checked for codes, inspected all other mechanical components, and a few other little things. Many things are left out of the video. Also some of the procedures aren’t completely shown in the video. I’m mentioning all this because sometimes I get comments saying I did ‘xyz’ wrong, or I forgot ‘xyz’ when I try to cram hours worth of service in under 1 minute. Either way, the bike was clean and was a pleasure to work on. Thanks for watching!

When is a motorcycle tire worn out? Wear bars, wear indicators. There’s allot that would render a motorcycle tire unfit for service. Today I talk *briefly* on tire wear bars/ wear indicators. I could got on in much more detail, had to cut out allot to make the video under 1 minute. This is just a basic guideline. Some tire manufacturers may have their own rules about wear, this is a generality. Hope this helps someone, thanks for watching!
