Our Story

I’ve heard many people find their way into makeup though painting, modeling, and fashion but for me it was my mom. When I was 16 I had a lot of acne and scaring so my mom’s constant encouragement landed in-front of a MAC counter where my first foundation match was suggested. At that point I felt like I had regained my skin again. Through my new obsession of makeup my mom bought me some Dollar Store shimmer eye shadows and I never felt better. My look consisted of foundation, powder, eye shadow, and lip gloss. Eager to enhance my skills I applied for the Nordstrom MAC counter, and to prepare for my interview I applied my best shimmer eye shadow and was hired for the clothing department instead. I heard my Dollar Store makeup had a lot to do with it. I heard their message loud and clear so in 2012 I decided to get my cosmetology license form Trend Setters School of Beauty. From there I was doing makeup on anyone who would trust me, that consisted mostly of family. After some time, I started working with fashion shows and photographers. I get a lot of joy when clients react to the simplicity of their look so I’d be really happy working on new clients every day. I believe that you are your best when you feel your best.
