The best Chicken Noodle Soup I have made 😋 instead of chicken broth I used beef broth because it’s what I had. I added garlic , onion, fresh green beans, cabbage, carrots and some seasonings. My children kept saying “thank you” so I got their approval. 🥰

Yesterday we tried
Seoul Casa Korean Mexican Fusion.
Right here is a plate of the enchiladas I ordered. This plate wasn’t really flavorful, it was lacking some flavor and there was a bit too much sauce. However I did get full. It wasn’t too bad. We also had fried rice and wings that tasted much better. Service was nice. And I still think it was overall good considering we stopped by 20 minutes before closing.

Yesterday I made Fried Bread ever since 5 years ago. I didn’t realize it’s been that long ago. It was my 2nd child’s first time trying, I think she liked it. And my first child said that I’m the best baker. 🥰 The batch I made, made about 10 pieces all together. The dough was cooked throughout the bread. So that is what I was happy about. Then I topped it off with brown sugar when it was done. Butter & powder sugar is more of what I prefer but I didn’t have any powder sugar. I plan to practice and make some more again. I also made some aqutaq/ Yup’ik ice cream.
