Either way what was done about it, are they going to implement a new revised ordinance from the p**o in the park ordinance to thwart the adventure of back seat rumbling which is illegal by the way or are they going to make a dedicated space for such extra caricular

Heart Breaking Update

AIKEN COUNTY SHERIFF MARTY SAWYER GIVES UPDATE

The remains of Javaeyah haven been located in the Cedar Creek Reservoir in Fairgirld County.

Not all remains were found only some of them due to what forensics says that a strong chemical was used at the home to rapidly deteriorate the remains of Javaeh in an effort to conceal her death and body.

It is doubtful that any other remains will be found.
The parents went through great lengths to dispose of Javaeyags body. After dissolving her body in a chemical what did not dissolve was dumped into the Cedar Creek Reservoir.

The 911 call was an attempt to thwart law enforcement from finding what happened to Javaeh. Family questioned whete she was and with the up coming birth of the newborn it would expose Javaeyah not being present.

They conjured up this story on purpose while acting innocent and scared for Javaeyah.

The father acted as if he was the victim in an interview.

More charges will be filed

May Javaeyah now rest in peace from her abusers, law enforcement did not stop until she was found. Pray for the family and all the first responders and law enforcement in this endeavor of bringing Javaeyah home.

In a personal opinion to the matter, the system totally failed this child. May the system now seek all justice available to hold them accountable

Permit denial for Tracy Black and his MInistry in the williamston park which associates with a known person on the s*x offenders registry which plays music in the church.
This person is a registered s*x offender. While the ministry associates to the SO williamston ordinance says no p**o in the park.
The people and the council said no and upheld the mayor's decision and authority to deny a permit.
The church without the preacher must have certain insurance and sign a waiver holding the town harmless of any claims. This was a setback for Mr.Black as he hopes to be able to continue his outreach in the park absent the SO.
