What is Stroll Coldstream?
We are a premier, community-driven publication, meticulously designed to connect vetted local small businesses with the affluent neighborhoods of Coldstream and Anderson Township through a unique Preferred Partner model.
This isn't just a business for me, it’s my community! As a lifelong Anderson Township resident, an Anderson High School grad, and a local mom with kids in Forest Hills, I am deeply invested in our neighborhood.
This magazine is my way to give back and serve the Anderson community. It is a platform dedicated to supporting our neighbors, lifting up local non-profits, and championing the good happening right in our own backyard.
For example, I am currently running our Raise the Roof fundraising campaign - 20% of all new Preferred Partnership from now until August 30 will be donated to the SEM Food Pantry to help with roof repairs! This is exactly the kind of community impact that our publication works to highlight and support.
However, producing a high-quality, perfect-bound magazine—and covering the substantial overhead of professional graphic design, premium printing, and direct-mailing every single month—requires a financial partnership to exist.
