EASY QUESADILLA RECIPE

Alien Moose Studios presents another short reel from the YouTube show 'Jolean Does it!' starring Jolean Thorton.
In this particular short, Jolean is back in the kitchen, this time making a yummy and easy recipe, QUESADILLA!
ingredients: 2 flour tortillas, 3 tbsp diced jalapenos, 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
fry pan on stove top, medium heat. spray pan with oil.
layer: first tortilla, some cheese, jalapenos, rest of cheese, 2nd tortilla. cook until cheese melts and browned on BOTH sides(yes, flip it half way through)
it only takes a few minutes to cool. Enjoy!

In this particular short, Jolean is back in the kitchen, this time making a sweet yummy and easy recipe, TOMATO BAKED FISH!
ingredients: 2 fish fillets, 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis, dill pickle juice, mayonnaise, olive oil, and fresh lemons
pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. oil up a baking dish, put in fish, pour a little pickle juice over the fish, spread a layer of mayonnaise on top of the fish, pour tomatoes over fish. Bake 8-10 minutes.
spray or zest fresh lemon (juice) over fish and enjoy!
