CHUGGING TYLENOL OR THROWING BACK A HANDFUL OF PILLS (to try and prove a point) IS SOOOO DANGEROUS!

Whether you want to believe that it is a PIECE of a puzzle or not, Tylenol (acetaminophen) IS in fact a pharmaceutical drug with actual risks!

Toxicity from acetaminophen is a real thing. It CAN lead to liver failure, which can lead to the need of a liver transplant. There is a reason it has a maxium recommended dose!

Stop making everything political. Asking questions and digging deeper is ok… chugging Tylenol because you want to “stick it to the man” is not!

Just do some research, this is not new information.

A GOOOOD foundation for less than $6?! YES PLEASE!

My awesome, makeup loving friend told me she loved this foundation so of course I had to try it too. It scores a 3 on EWG scale so it’s not perfect but better than many!

I have been struggling to find a new foundation for my changing & aging skin. I’ve purchsed multiple clean foundations to try and didn’t love any. In the last year or so I’ve had more dryness and nothing I was previously using (or trying recently) would sit right on top of my skin or it would end up drying me out more - I was so frustrated!

Enter this little gem! It has a slight dewy finish, covers well, feels light, and doesn’t dry my skin out 🙌🏼 Totally worth a try for the price!

There is also a matte finish option also if you have more oily skin.

Anyone use a vibration plate?

It’s kind of impossible to NOT see them advertised these days! I finally decided…. why not? 🤷🏻‍♀️ and ordered one.

•Potential benefits:

🌀Increased circulation
🌀Help digestion
🌀Increased lymphatic drainage (key for many things including immune system support and reducing swelling/fluid retention)
🌀improving balance, flexibility, and range of motion
🌀Decrease stress, increase energy
🌀Can help to prevent bone loss and increase bone density
🌀Help with toning and muscle repair/growth (incorporating exercises while on plate helps this for sure)
🌀Increase metabolism

So here’s to trying it and to seeing what happens! I know consistency is key with this, as it is with many lifestyle changes, so… here we go!

Dry skin??

Recently I’ve started adding castor oil (just a pea-size amount) to my facial moisturizer and uhhhh… huge difference! I highly suggest giving it a try if you’re struggling with dry, flaky skin!

I am already using a moisturizer with clean ingredients but adding castor oil has really helped with added moisture!

If you can tolerate the strong scent, throw a drop of Frankincense oil in there too! 👏🏼

Aside from the moisturizing effect - Castor oil can be great for promoting lash growth, skin elasticity, improve texture, has anti-inflammatory properties… and so much more.

When you purchase castor oil, make sure it’s organic cold pressed and hexane free. This bottle is huge and will last me a long time but my next purchase will be one in a glass bottle vs plastic.

It’s no secret I love my supplements because let’s be real, it hard to get everything we need from our food. These are the two in my morning routine - for now, I’ll highlight Vitamin C 🍊…

Does anyone do red light therapy? I’m fairly new to it… and was slightly skeptical of the device I chose because it is not one of the well-known, or more expensive ones on the market. Happy to say, I have been pleasantly surprised by this one!

I have a long history of shoulder/neck pain - usually from tense, sore muscles that cause nerve pain - typically all the way down to my fingers. It’s not fun and been a constant battle for a long time. I see a chiropractor monthly, massage, ice, epsom salt soaks, arnica ointment, etc… all the things to help but have had the MOST relief in the last couple weeks when I started using this infrared red light belt consistently.

I’m personally sold. Red light therapy can help so many things - see photo below but if you do any sort of research or just google it, you’ll see there are many more postitives and benefits. Someday I may splurge for a Lumebox but for now, I’m happy with this!! Sharing link in comments.

I did make sure this device had the recommended nanometers for red light and infrared light (which penetrates deeper into skin).

Added this to my home “pharmacy.” 😉

If you’ve been exposed to the tummy bug, this is great to take to try & keep it away. Better yet, just take it 1-2 times per week for a preventative this time of year. It has plenty of other benefits too so total win-win.

You’ll hear people talk about grape juice and the stomach flu but the study was actually done on the seed extract.

Another thing I recommend having on hand for tummy issues is activated charcoal.

Nice to have on hand especially this time of year for sure! 🙅🏻‍♀️ 🤢🚫
