Alan Collins is about to hit the winemaking scene with vineyards out in Berrien county. Bobby Frank (.frank.79827803 ) is a deeply rooted wine enthusiast with a stunning bank of experience from traveling French and German wine regions, often on foot. Chef Jason Berthold ( )has led Michelin-starred kitchens like French Laundry, Per Se and RN74, and now shares his experience with us as a regular contributor with his show segment Grape to Plate, where he conjures a dish from a wine poured blind!

The show delivers the usual mix of humor and deep insight, taking listeners to realm of the wine world very few get to experience. We’re proud of throwing open the doors for y’all, and sharing the real wine life! We sincerely hope you enjoy the episode!

We pour him a wine blind, and drawing on his experience leading 3-star Michelin kitchens, he creates live, on-the-spot, a perfectly paired dish. Is it what you expected?!
