Our 4th and final trip to the Minnesota State Fair for 2026! Trying and reviewing more new and classic foods to inspire your trips!

We tried Rick’s Pickle Pizza, Peachy’s Donuts, Peterson’s Pork Chop on a Stick, Chan’s Eatery’s Mango Sticky Rice Refresher, Minnesnowii’s Blue Moon Crunch, Big Fat Bacon, the Farmers Union’s Maple Nitro Cold Brew, Sweet Martha’s and more!

Maybe one of the most shockingly best new Minnesota State Fair foods for 2026 was the Blue Moon Crunch at Minnesnowii near the grandstand!

This is fluffy shaved ice! Way smoother than any shaved ice I’ve ever had. The blue moon flavor is a bit like almond, the condensed milk drizzle is great, and the fruity pebbles over the top works well.

We snagged one of the most sought after Minnesota State Fair food items... PEACHY’S DONUTS! These Amish style glazed donuts are the best I’ve ever had for a classic glaze. They have substance and chew, but are still incredibly soft!

In the morning the line was near a mile long, no joke.. in the afternoon it just took about 10min! Much faster than previous years.

We braved the lines today and secured the famous Rick’s Pickle Pizza at the Minnesota State Fair! Have you tried it yet?...

Yall Minnesota State Fair Pickle Pizza fans rock! I’ll be getting it tomorrow (Friday)! I’ll also be performing/demonstrating frisbee dog tricks throughout the day at the Pet Pavilion with my wife, daughter and the Minnesota Disc Dog Club! My dog Psycho Suzi will be resting for the world finals over the weekend, but I’ll be playing my super fun dog Joy the Flying Meatball at 9am, 3pm and 5pm! My wife and our dog Lollipop will be at 9am, 11am, 3pm and 5pm!
