RUSTY'S BUILDINGS WITH TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: $45,000

HALS PHOTOGRAPHY BUILDING: $29,000

We’re looking to sell our buildings and remaining equipment.
We own a group of buildings on E Main Street in Anthony, commonly known as the Rusty’s buildings. There’s still a lot of equipment, tools, and other items inside. We sold some tools and equipment this past weekend, but there’s still plenty left and it’s worth quite a bit.
At this point, we don’t want to deal with selling everything piece by piece, so we’re offering the Rusty’s buildings along with all remaining equipment, tools, and contents for $45,000.
We also own the old Hals Photography building on W Main Street, across from Gene’s. We’re asking $29,000 for that building.

8 great eating size in Coldwater 1-2 lbs. Caught in about an hour. They wouldn't stop biting!!! Guy next to me was using worms and wasn't getting bites. Before I left, gave him some Rusty's Sponge Bait and a lure and they went nuts!!!
Think I'm gonna start doing a series on Kansas lakes. Each time, different lake.

The best thing about fishing with worms is you never know what you're going to catch. Was especially happy to catch the little orangespotted sunfish. Very cool looking fish.
