Netflix's 2023 slate has been called "kirkland-like" and they debate whether this is a good or bad thing. Also, is it too late for the DCEU? We have a new episode coming out this week!

This week is a special episode as we had the opportunity to interview Emma Galbraith, star of the film Inbetween Girl (2021) that debuted at the SXSW Film Festival last year.

Emma (.magining) stars as Angie Chen, a teen artist who turns to secret hook-ups with the heartthrob of her private school after her parents' sudden divorce.

In this episode, Ray, Alan, Renee, and Baldwin give their thoughts on their favorite moments from the movie, what elements aged well over the years, and whether or not it truly made an impact in Hollywood.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is a 2000 wuxia film directed by Ang Lee and stars Michelle Yeah, Zhang Ziyi, Chow Yun-Fat, and Chang Chen. It won four Academy Awards and was nominated for a total of ten.

This week Ray, Renee, & Pragya are joined by a special guest: , the Director of Community Education & Outreach at , to talk about the 1987 documentary, Who Killed Vincent Chin?

Our guests give their thoughts on the documentary and the feelings they get from it. As well as how the movie relates to the violence seen against Asians today.

Vincent Chin was a Chinese-American automotive engineer who was murdered in a racially motivated hate crime in 1982 Detroit. Although the murderer confessed, he never spent a day in jail.

The To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before Trilogy stars and is based off of Jenny Han’s novels. It’s about a teenage girl named Lara Jean and when her secret love letters somehow get mailed to each of her five crushes, Lara Jean finds her quiet high school existence turned upside down.
